- To be accountable for delivering sales volume to meet targeted sales objectives.
- To develop and promote the business relationship with individual and corporate customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Team, Banquets and F&B Manager to ensure and maintain levels of service.
- Actively engages in competitive analysis of market trends in Singapore so as to extend strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Finalize the menus of restaurant and social events
- Work closely with F&B Manager in determining food and beverage lists that will maintain proper costs.
- Should be able to advocate sound financial/business decision making.
