Our Sales Support Specialist responsibilities is as follows:

  • Assist Sales team in accomplishing day to day activities and tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to sales personnel and leaders.
  • Generate, compile, and manage reports for department and management meetings
  • Utilize the internal system to manage customer information, track interactions, and update sales-related data.
  • Work closely with the internal cross functional team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the sales support function and propose actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate with suppliers for pricing and lead time.
  • Negotiate (within your authority limits) on behalf of the company all discount requests from distributors/dealers or customers while striving to maximize profit margin.
  • Prepare and submit item creations and order change for orders, if required.
  • Prepare, submit, and create new customer profiles in the system.
  • Disseminate/communicate/update sales information regularly.
  • Maintain proper & systematic filings of sales project files, library, and technical materials.
  • Update backlog list and follow up on orders status.
  • Any project specific task as determined by the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a coordinator in procurement/sales.
  • Tertiary qualification.
  • Independent, pro-active and able to deliver quality and thorough project management work, with eye for details.
  • Team player & good interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
