Position Overview:
The Tech Lead in Oracle SOA will spearhead the implementation, developmentmigration of Oracle SOA platform . This role demands a deep understanding of Oracle SOA Suite, AWS cloud services, and related technologies, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, migration and deployment of Oracle SOA solutions on AWS.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Guide and mentor a team of developers in best practices for Oracle SOA and AWS development.
· Plan and execute the migration of Oracle SOA components to AWS, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
· Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of SOA solutions on AWS.
· Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality assurance.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle SOA Suite and AWS.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle SOA, AWS, and related technologies.
· Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
· Facilitate communication between developers, architects, and business analysts.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Extensive experience in Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, OSB, and BPM.
· Strong background in Java, J2EE, XML, XSD, WSDL, and Web Services.
· Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
· Experience with integration tools and technologies, including REST, SOAP, and JMS.
· Demonstrated experience in migrating Oracle SOA platforms to AWS.
· Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
· Knowledge of AWS migration tools and best practices.
· Strong understanding of cloud architecture and security principles.
· Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Oracle SOA and AWS certifications.
· Experience with cloud automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
