Responsibilities:
- Ensure media equipment are operational and facility is functioning at optimal level.
- Support in the development of content when required to do so .
- Maintenance of equipment and provide relevant first team support.
- Provide creative and consultation on curriculum and non-curriculum projects.
- Resources and manpower planning based on scope of projects.
- Support in the coordination with relevant stakeholders on schedule and timelines.
- Ensure proper quality control.
- Maintain proper records reflecting operational activities, cost inventory of resources and operations.
- Ensure that completed projects are clear from operational storage and archived into the appropriate storage resource.
- Evaluate and plan future needs of or storage and archival resources.
Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of video/ sound equipment, video editing and other equipment / software used in video production for online learning materials.
- Experience in IT system administration and engineering.
- Experience in video producing and editing.
- Must be able to work on at least one weekends and/or Public Holidays.
