Job Description: Marketing Manager

Job Grade: Sr Exec/ Assistant Manager

Job Role:

MyRepublic Mobile Singapore is searching for a go-to-market specialist who will translate product and market initiatives into campaigns to be successfully launched in the market.

You Would Be a Good Fit If:

- You have previous experience rolling out product and promotion initiatives into marketing campaigns.

- You have experience in planning and maintaining a launch and promotional calendar.

- You know how to translate product marketing initiatives into briefs for Marcomms.

- You have experience in or an understanding of the consumer mobile industry or other B2C technology industries.

- You have a positive, never-say-die attitude, with a willingness to work in a challenger environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

KPIs:

You will be measured on the success of your campaigns, the overall growth in subscribers and revenue, and achievement versus budget of your unit.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Product Marketing teams to plan the marketing launches of initiatives.

- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling customer propositions and benefits.

- Brief the Marcomms and Creative teams for upcoming launches and participate with them in creating communication campaigns.

- Act as the focal liaison with sales and performance teams for plan and promotional roll-outs.

- Maintain and be the custodian of the 3+3 launch calendar, ensuring there is enough runway for proper planning and launch.

- Ensure tasks are delivered on time to maximize campaign benefits.

- Constantly monitor and gain insights on competitor and market activity, tailoring marketing campaigns accordingly.

- Create and be responsible for gathering customer insights, both formal and informal, to keep the business abreast of trends and customer preferences.

- Ensure customer engagement through creating loyalty and affinity campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

- Mobile telephony or digital consumer experience is preferred.

- Strong understanding of the Singapore market and telecommunications landscape.

- Knowledge and passion for technology is a plus.

- Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategies and developing impactful marketing campaigns.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
