Position Overview
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you are responsible for both the strategic development of products and the effective promotion of those products in the market. It's a dynamic role that requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and business acumen.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development and Implementation:
* Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall objectives of the company and its various brands.
* Implement these strategies across multiple channels, including digital platforms and events, to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
2. Campaign and Event Management:
* Plan, execute, and manage effective marketing campaigns for digital platforms including search engine, email and social media.
* Design and oversee the execution of event marketing strategies, including workshops, fairs and other promotional events that align with brand goals.
3. Performance Analysis:
* Regularly analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events using key metrics to assess their effectiveness and ROI.
* Adjust strategies based on analytical insights to optimize future campaigns and events, maximizing results.
4. Budget Management:
* Manage the marketing budget allocated for campaigns and events, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
* Provide regular reports on budget utilization, campaign costs, and event expenditures to senior management.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with brand marketing teams and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support the company's broader goals.
* Provide guidance and support to brand marketing teams, ensuring alignment with group-level strategies.
* Share insights and best practices across teams to enhance overall marketing effectiveness
6. Innovation and Market Trends:
* Stay informed of emerging marketing trends and technologies, particularly in digital and event marketing, that could impact or benefit the company’s marketing efforts.
* Propose and test innovative marketing tactics and event concepts to stay ahead of industry changes and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor degree in Business (Marketing) or related fields
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, brand building and development of services, preferably in B2C services industries
- Desire to learn a wide variety of marketing skills and channels
- Strong logical and structural critical thinking skills
- Creative and curious mindset to explore various methods to achieve objectives
- Good project management skills and keen attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
