Job Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Prepare full or partial set of accounts for the portfolio of clients within deadline
- Prepare and submission of GST filling
- Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
- Manage a portfolio of individual and corporate tax clients including clients’ expectations and deliverables
- Prepare and submit Estimated Chargeable Income for corporate clients on a timely basis to meet the filing deadline
- Prepare and submit Income Tax Returns (i.e. Tax Return Forms and income tax computations) for clients on a timely basis to meet the filing deadline
- Deal with queries raised by the Comptroller of Income Tax for clients as and when required
- Advise clients upon request on matters relating to Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Cross Border Transactions, etc
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF Contribution, IR8A tax submission)
- Provide support for other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Be proficient and have a good understanding of Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore Income Tax Act and Singapore Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) Act and other relevant regulations
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
