Individual to be involved in:
1. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
2. Develop and manage annual budgets, Assist in long-term financial planning and forecasting
3. Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections
4. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
5. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
6. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
7. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements
Technical Skills & Competencies:
1.Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and budgeting, Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
2. Ability to lead, manage, develop a team, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, Implement improvements based on audit recommendations
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
