Summary
This position requires experience in performing a variety of marketing and support roles as may be required, which require a range of knowledge and skills of marketing procedures and policies. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
Responsibilities:
· Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
· Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events etc.
· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competition ventures.i.e. analyze competitors (product, pricing, social media, etc.)
· Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
· Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
· Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
· Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
· Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
· Work with digital team to create and run branded advertising campaigns.
· Setting up and maintain department reports, Databases (online activities, sales, product etc.)
· Manage and operate digital tools (Hootsuite, SEMrush, iStock, Google Analytics, etc.)
· Work with team to create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
· Manage team vendors (freelancers, agencies, printers etc.).
· Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
· Establish and manage login and password file for all online accounts.
· Manage partner activities as directed, manage share drive marketing folders.
· Undertake ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
· Diploma or equivalent in relevant field
· 3 to 4 years’ working experience in a similar capacity.
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
· Knowledge of SEO/SEM campaigns
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords and other digital marketing tools.
