DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (include activities and projects)
■ Standard Target of Job Description ruled by Division. Daily reporting directly to Japanese IT Manager and IT General Manager, he/she will be primarily responsible for IT project planning, implementation, maintenance support and team management under IT Manager’s instruction.
Job scope is as such:
- Drive and coordinate projects to implement, deploy and support line of business applications
- Negotiate between user’s requirement and implementation of Information System
- Manage and/or coordinate project deliveries, budget planning and general project management support for regional IT initiatives, applications and solutions in Asia region includes YAMAHA Motor Group companies in Singapore
- Plan, review and execute risk management approach, J-SOX compliance support and business continuity measures
- Any other duties assigned by superior or by company.
■ Individual Job scope ( specifically responsibility, expectation in their role in this IT MTP)
- Make standardization of operational flow about project management for YMAP supported Application systems and about daily operation in YMAP IT Division
- Manage QCD monitoring and improve action
SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATION: (Typical minimum requirements for this position)
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT or a closely related field
- Practical Experience: 3-5 years in related field
- Professional Business Skills: Prior experience in project management and implementation. Essential IT knowledge of network, server and storage products methodology.
- Interpersonal & Social Skills: Good interaction with people Able to communicate concepts and ideas well. Strong written and verbal communications
- Other Requirements: Able to travel occasionally
