POSITION: PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
(5 days work week, near MRT)

Job Responsibilities
- Negotiate and renew procurement contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules and backorder items.
- Maintain strong relationship with existing suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase, pricing and supplier contracts.
- Update and follow up with existing/new supplier, pricing, new item etc.
- Consolidate month end report to finance team.
- Maintain Inventory list for cost, code and drug profile.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Update master list (existing/new supplier, pricing, new item etc.) and maintain accurate records of purchase, pricing and supplier contracts.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on company needs and pricing.
- Work closely with the doctor, clinic managers and finance teams to understand procurement needs and issues.
- Support project teams in sourcing materials and services for new projects.
- Administrative duties (filing and scanning of documents, data entries, etc).
- Any other ad-hoc duties which the superior may assign from time to time.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in healthcare procurement is an advantage.
