Job Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing IT Operations strategies and projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to review operations workflow.
- Identify possible IT improvements and enhance service quality.
- Monitor operating systems and equipment as well as following up on the status of system faults and defects. Support to troubleshoot and resolve end-users issues (hardware / software / network).
- Install / configure new workstation with OS, drivers, requires software, and other PC peripherals.
- Maintain an up-to-date IT inventory list.
- Coordinate IT Audit with auditors
