- Attend and organize meeting with your team leaders. Assigned responsibilities to team leaders.
- Assist interview on site and select suitable candidates for hygienists to increase and maintain cleaning manpower.
- Transporting hygienists/teams to and between job sites if required.
- Plan and conduct manpower recruitment and placement to job sites/teams.
- Implement and review the operation SOP for the job sites/teams and make improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations.
- Review training needs to implement training plans for staff· Manage and handle clients feedback and on-site incidents and review staff daily attendance and performance.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth running of daily manpower operations, arrange for replacement of staff as and when necessary.
- Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary. Weekly reports to be done and feedback.
- Need to prepare documentation, service reports, work orders through Microsoft Word/Excel.
- R&D or try new products that suit company directions.
- Stock check and update of stores, assist on delivery if required.
- Do Adhoc jobs, for example rug and carpet. Operating of machines.
- Attend on site meeting and do reports.
- Must be able to handle stress, a problem solver.
- Safety course.
- Need to possess class 3 driving licence.
- Know how on Microsoft application.
- Know how on using various cleaning machines will be a plus point.
- Fresh graduates most welcome. Training provided.
