Responsibilities:
- Performing day to day operations of the access management activities and to ensure that the activities are compliant with the relevant policies, standards and procedures.
- Need to organize and prioritize work to meet established deadlines.
- To support the testing team during the SIT, UAT, Pre-production and production environments. Ensuring timely provision of services to users.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure successful task completion.
- Document all work performed and transfer knowledge to customers and other team members.
- Continually improve processes and solutions to optimize customer satisfaction.
Technical Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience expertise in GAM, Global Access Management, Identity Access management
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering and related
- Knowledge of LDAP, Opensso, IDM solutions.
- Familiar with User ID administration and commands for operating systems (Windows, Linux) and Applications.
- Hands-on experience on OIM Database and Web Services.
- Knowledge on information security, process and operations
- Good working knowledge on OS ID management on all platforms (windows, Linux)
- Knowledge about Attestations and Connector onboarding in OIM
- knowledge of user access and security control methodologies and concepts.
- Technical knowledge in Relational DB, Windows Active Directory, Linux and Unix (AIX) would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Core Java.
- Should have good experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge about Group policies.
- Good learning ability to understand the existing application and propose new ideas.
- Good knowledge on OIM 12C.
- Must have good experience from development end i.e. should have worked on Flatfile connectors, Active Directory connector and Exchange connector.
- Good learning ability to understand the existing infrastructure and propose new ideas.
Certification:
- Should be ITIL certified.
