1. Handling of outgoing mails for dispatch thru auto and manual folding, messenger request
2. Managing incoming mails thru courier and mailbox
3. Handling of Pin Mailer for dispatch
4. Check, Sort and Approve outgoing mails / courier registered in Flowlites
5. Daily balancing of all outgoing mails
6. Processing of monthly courier invoices
7. Any other office administration, facility management duties which may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.
