Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our safety consultancy and training services. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to help organizations enhance their safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet their safety and training requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and training teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and expand the client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the safety consultancy or training industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
