Job Description & Requirements
The Operation Manager is responsible for assisting the Director to manage the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Monitor and supervise site team to ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
- Preparation of basic work schedule for the site team to follow accordingly.
- Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start.
- Preparation of basic method of statements and work instructions for works.
- Involve in coordination between sub-contractors / vendors / clients and anticipate labour / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
- Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control material usage and wastages .
- Day-to-day management of the site.
- Preparing daily reports.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalant from a recognized University
- Prior atleast 2 years of project working experience.
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Technical Competencies
- Technical expertise and knowledge in electrical works
- Experience in Installation of Semiconductor fab equipments
