DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Your primary responsibilities will be to support the training administrative roles in classroom and virtual sessions, documentations & record management for our Bridging Minds training business (BridgingMinds Network Pte Ltd.). This is for 6 months temporary role.
This role will report to the Operations Manager.
As the Operations Executive, you will:
- Responsible for training administrative duties
- Handle and manage all queries relating to the room bookings and administration in an efficient and timely manner
- Responsible for training and examination room set-up
- Administer and proctor all other computer-based exams
- Generate & tabulate post training attendance and evaluation feedback reports
- Responsible for all training rooms, pantry, and stationery
- Coordinate with vendor on delivery of materials
- Prepare and issue Certificate of Completion to trainee
- Attend to internal and external enquiries on requests relating to post training records
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Operations Executive:
- Diploma, N, O or A Levels
- Experience in course administration and training management (Preferred)
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in training industry (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Committed and pro-active working attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
