Responsibilities:
- Lead the program management of large, multifunctional Google Cloud Professional Services projects. This includes program planning, delivery assurance, verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
- Manage risks, issues, and actions for the account(s) and regularly track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Ensure the delivery quality of Client/Partner teams and resources as required.
- Take various project requirements, organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down large projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes for execution by other teams or partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience delivering substantial digital transformation projects to global organizations.
- Experience in program management, client service, and/or management consulting.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as project needs dictate.
- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and customer bases, and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Proficiency in leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
- Demonstrated understanding of the broader Cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various Cloud offerings.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and define a path to resolution.
