Job Description – Senior Executive (Marcoms)
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Executive (Marketing & Communications) to join our team to spearhead the growth of our inbound sales channels.

Role Overview
As the Senior Executive (Marketing & Communications), you will work with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies as well as to monitor and evaluate advertising campaign performance to drive continual improvement. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping SHRI’s brand identity and keeping its industry presence.
Responsibilities
· Develop strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility and drive quality traffic our platforms.
· Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation.
· Create compelling and effective content for our platforms to attract and convert target audiences.
· Cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, agencies and vendors
· Monitor and manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and optimise resource allocation.
· Review and approve marketing material, including website banners, brochures and case studies to ensure brand consistency.
· Utilise web analytics tools to measure campaign performance to assess KPIs and ROIs.
Requirements
· Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns to achieve business objectives.
· Proficiency in web analytics tools and ability to translate creative concepts into effective advertising initiatives.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· A passionate and result-oriented marketing professional, looking to make a difference in the People Management industry.
