Service Operations Lead, End User Computing

This role is cross-functional and focused on Operations & Deployment of :-


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of platform and work with partners to resolve issues OR deploy new solution
  • Develop roadmap & describe structural and technical characteristics, user experience behavior, and other aspects of platform to project stakeholders
  • Maintain, comply and improve cyber security posture of platforms in-line with evolving practices
  • Work with architecture team to evaluate new technologies that can be implemented aligned to the strategic vision
  • Review & optimize spend of tech contracts in each areas to improve business efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally across various team e.g Architecture, Cyber Security, Procurement, Applications & Digital team
  • Lead Major incident management for platform capability
  • Undertake end to end project management work that requires technology transformation in above Technology stack

Qualifications/Capabilities

  • At least 8+ years of Strong Implementation & Operations experience in one or more IT areas (with a strong focus on EUC, Cyber & Project Management )
  • Preferred M365, MSCE, CCNP & ITIL certification
  • Functional knowledge of Cloud platforms - Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Experience in deploying Tech solutions and supporting International Offices
  • Strong customer service focus and experience working with both end users and senior leadership

End User Computing & Workplace Technology - M365 Cloud Suite of products

  • Collaboration Tools e.g OneDrive, Sharepoint & Teams
  • Emails - Exchange OnPrem and M365 Cloud
  • Endpoints – Laptops (PC, Macs, CloudPC), Mobiles, iPad Support
  • Mobile device management (MDM) & Mobile application management (MAM) – Microsoft Intune, BYOD
  • Windows 10 and MacOS ecosystem . Microsoft Intune or endpoint manager (SCCM)
  • Workplace technology - ZOOM/WebEx Teams / Crestron Flex / Cisco Room Kit
  • Secure Mobile messaging – Secure WhatsApp deployment, Tencent
  • M365 Copilot
