Job Description
1. Website Maintenance and Optimization:
• Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, timely, and highly attractive.
• Optimize the website’s user interface and interactive modules to enhance user engagement and experience on both PC and mobile platforms.
• Design and update website content such as news and blogs to ensure relevance and consistency.
• Monitor website performance and promptly address technical issues.
• Design, manage, and promote engagement in online communities to foster positive user interaction and support.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor and analyze SEO performance.
3. Online Advertising Campaign Planning, Execution, and Optimization:
• Plan, implement, and manage PPC advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
• Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage previous website or digital content interactors.
• Optimize advertising campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and performance analysis.
• Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other retargeting networks.
• Track and report on advertising campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Social Media Performance Optimization:
• Supervise and optimize company presence on multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Dynamically adjust content creation and adaptation based on audience feedback and platform analytics.
• Implement and optimize social media advertising campaigns to enhance effectiveness.
• Monitor social media metrics and regularly provide performance reports.
• Establish new social media platforms to expand the company’s digital presence and influence.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. 5 years or more of online marketing experience in the internet and mobile internet, software, finance, new media, or related industries in Southeast Asia.
3. Proficient in using tools such as GA (Google Analytics) and Meta Suite, and providing insights through data analysis.
4. Excellent communication and project management skills within the context of Chinese culture to associate with Chinese.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapidly developing startup environment.
