- Design development and drafting of engineering, architectural and interior drawing for residential buildings.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings.
- Liaise with consultant for drawing verification, if required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Handle full spectrum of procurement related activities.
- Support daily operational purchasing needs for projects sites
- Purchases all the necessary materials for the construction sites
- Handle material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with project team on material specifications.
