Business Development and Investment Strategy:
- Identify organizational opportunities, threats, and risks using systematic intelligence.
- Develop investment solutions and manage evaluation, negotiation, and approval processes.
- Optimize the investment portfolio for the Industrial Group.
Network Management and Relationship Building:
- Manage key relationships and intelligence assets to support strategic decisions.
- Establish effective network management channels and platforms for information dissemination.
- Promote cross-selling of Industrial Services within the organization.
Organization, People, and Process Management:
- Review and align organizational structures and processes for efficient results delivery.
- Facilitate strategic planning and coordination among business units.
- Foster high-performance teams and develop future leaders aligned with business goals.
Well-Being Governance, HSSE, Impact, and Sustainability:
- Promote a culture of well-being aligned with business strategies.
- Ensure a sustainable working environment and adherence to HSSE standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Industrial, Shipping, Logistics, or related industries, including at least 10 years in leadership.
- Broad-based knowledge across multiple industries, with deep expertise in at least one of the mentioned sectors.
- Strong ability to lead business units, with extensive knowledge of various business models and key drivers.
- Proven experience in Business Development, including investments and M&A activities.
- Demonstrates astute business sense, commercial acumen, and capability in business development.
- Asia or Pan Asia exposure with a solid understanding of international business practices.
- Expansive mindset with a proactive approach to integrating trends into actionable plans and fostering collaboration.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Skilled negotiator with a sophisticated network and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in synthesizing complex information to identify opportunities.
- Adaptable to changing roles, circumstances, and strategies, sensitive to diverse cultural backgrounds.
