Working hours and location:
Working hours - Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)
Location - Raffles Place (5 minutes walk to MRT station)
Roles and Responsbility:
- Providing supports to each daily operations.
- Assisting annual budget information and reports.
- Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed.
- Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
- Plan and coordinate adminstrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
- Liaise with landlords,partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
- Reviewing expenditure payment and closely monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
- Manage office inventory and ensures supplies are in stock
- Employees onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle customers phone calls and emails.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the managment.
Job Requirements: - Highly dependable and trustworthy, able to work independable with own intiative.
- Good communication skills in both verbally and written.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
A team player with leadership and good time management skills. - Resourcefulness and able to assist on strategic planning.
- At least five (05) year of experience in Administrative position.
- Able to speak English and Mandrian to liase with our clients/guest.
- Able to start work on short notice.
