Job Purpose:
Providing administration support, especially focus will be on :
1. Website/webshop and macom activities.
2. After-show follow up in materializing all leads derive from exhibition /shows.
3. Managing the advertisement with distributer/catalogue and other publisher.
4. Product pricing maintenance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Undertake daily marketing administrative task.
2. Conceptualize and deliver marketing collateral design e.g. poster, banner, brochure, graphic
design.
3. Conceptualize and involve in development of any video production relating to both corporate and
product.
4. Conduct Data entry and ad-hoc administration relating to Marcom.
5. Research and identify suitable shows for company to participate globally.
6. Follow up on all leads after every exhibition and show company participate.
7. Support department and corporate to develop short term and long term marketing plan for the
company.
8. Participate in scheduling and organising marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and
telemarketing events.
9. Managing the various corporate's social media.
10. Any ad hoc duties as they arise.
Additional responsibilities:
1. Assist in following up sales leads from marketing activities.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
1. Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other
technologies.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects with system integrators, distributors and customers.
Technically capable and strong communicator.
3. As well as marketing experience, candidates must have first class admin experience with
paralleled communication skills: oral and written.
4. Fully conversant with MS Office.
5. Educated to degree level with brand/sales marketing experience desired, or candidate with
suitable experience.
6. Knowledge of Electronics or Semiconductor industry/product development is a plus.
7. Experienced in marketing tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Mailchimp, etc.
8. Demonstrated ability to achieve KPI for paid marcom campaigns.
9. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
