- Looking for an experienced Marine Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Technician.
- Candidate must have knowledge of Marine HVAC system.
- Candidate must know how to troubleshoot onboard AC and refer plant problems.
- Must be competent to advise retrofitting and change of freon.
- Install expansion and control valves, compressor, condenser, and other components in specified locations.
- He must be independent and be able to work flexible working hours to attend vessels at anchorage.
- He should be able to write reports and recommend repairs, as necessary.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum NITEC Certificate in Refrigeration Technology or Electrical Works.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical works.
- Job required heavy lifting, climbing, and handling of materials.
- Able to speak and write English.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Able to motivate in a challenging work environment
- Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
