Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing all client tenancy-related activities.
- Able to lead tenancy-related processes and lease agreements.
- Meet up with landlords of prospective properties for lease.
- Source and seek prospective landlords & tenants including conducting of cold calls.
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants.
- Negotiate and monitor the terms of the lease.
- Update lease details into lease tracking systems.
- Manage leased properties during the tenure of the lease.
- Manage tenancy issues during the tenure of the lease.
- Ensure proper leasing documentation and timely submission to relevant parties.
- Establish and build networking channels with prospective landlords and tenants, as well as real estate marketing agents and co-broke agents.
- Keep management informed of any issues.
- Assist sector HODs & HQ in handling ad hoc projects and admin duties.
- Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ Level certification.
- Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry handling the leasing properties.
- Good knowledge of local residential leasing scene and processes.
- Well-versed in market trends and practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a good team player.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and ethical behaviour in all business dealings.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
