Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for specific events, ensuring successful planning and execution.
- Manage the entire user experience from upselling/enquiries to post-event assistance, ensuring best-in-class service.
- Be present on the ground during events, interact with hosts and users, and ensure final details match proposed plans.
- Offer creative solutions to manage user expectations in a complex matrix organization.
- Accurately manage data input such as event and billing details, which are critical to the business.
- Coordinate with clients on catering requests and liaise with on-site teams and vendors to meet event requirements.
- Maintain meeting rooms and conference facilities, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and set up as per requirements.
- Assist in managing the overall logistics and coordination of events to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or Events Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant event experience, preferably in hotel catering.
- Strong communication skills, both digitally and in person.
- Proactive, independent, and resourceful, with the ability to meet deadlines without constant supervision.
