Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects with clients and OSEs.
- Calendar management for offshore engineers; including arranging flights, accommodation, and visas as required.
- Manage travel and accommodation logistics for Senior Management and Operators.
- Ensure compliance with client training and medical requirements.
- Manage 3PL for logistic coordination.
- Ensure cost-effective asset movements and manage shipping quotations.
- Manage personnel logs, payroll, and offshore engineers' mobilization instructions.
- Report personnel and equipment movements promptly for rate adjustments.
- Promote personal health and safety in the office environment.
- Develop action plans and recommend process enhancements as needed.
- Additional duties as necessary to support business operations.
Requirement:
- Nitec / Diploma / Degree holder
- Preferred from logistic background
- Experience in international travel organization and customer service.
- Familiarity with offshore operations and equipment logistics preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong organizational and communication skills.
