The Job:
- To assist and support the New Business administrative team in the daily operations and processing.
- Coordinate and collaborate with intermediaries and various internal departments to ensure daily work issues are resolved in order to provide appropriate and timely services to customers
- Manage incoming documents received including amendments and updating type of documents received into the system
- Performing data entry of hard copy applications received
- Manage Letters of Acceptance including printing and checking
The Requirements
- Diploma holder and above in related discipline (Banking/Finance/ Business/ Accounting) with relevant insurance certifications preferred
