- Industry/ Organization Type: Adventure Learning Programme Provider
- Position Title: Programme Coordinator / Project Executive
- Working Location: Sentosa Island (Transport provided from Harbourfront MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6.30 pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver programs prioritizing client safety and learning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Expand and manage client data using CRM software.
- Meet clients to identify learning needs and propose programs.
- Write proposals, quotations, and make presentations based on client needs.
- Plan logistics effectively and maximize resources for successful programs.
- Communicate client needs to internal teams for program execution.
- Exercise cost control for each project.
- Assume leadership responsibilities in respective portfolios beyond primary role.
- Handle all other ad-hoc projects as required.

- At least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably 1 year of related working experience in HR, Events and Hospitality industries.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- CRM Software experience will be an advantage.
- Willing to commit to work on weekends when there are programmes.
