- Position Title: Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and orders
- Create Quotations and Sales Orders for processing orders
- Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists for shipping
- Coordinate with local and international customers and shipping companies about delivery times
- Work with various departments to ensure orders, customer inquiries, and deliveries are managed quickly and efficiently
- Give the Accounts Department details for billing
- Do other administrative tasks as needed

- Must have at least GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma
- At least 2 years of work experience is preferred
- Need to know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other administrative software
- Should have strong people skills and be good at communicating
