Job Overview:The Marketing Manager will lead initiatives to enhance the company’s market position and achieve optimal return on investment (ROI) within Northeast and Southeast Asia. The role involves collaborating with regional partners and internal teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies, refine product offerings, and drive successful brand promotion. The aim is to improve key performance indicators, maximize partner engagement, and ensure brand alignment across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market-Driven Product & Marketing Strategy:Provide strategic input into the regional business plan and budget, ensuring alignment with market trends and partner needs.
Collaborate with Partner Relations to develop annual product strategies that optimize product portfolios for regional markets.
Conduct regular reviews of the company’s product range, recommending adjustments to improve market relevance and competitiveness.
- Partner Enablement & Marketing Investment:Create comprehensive annual marketing plans and opportunity guides, maximizing marketing investments with the company and ROI for partners.
Collaborate with the market team to determine the most effective commercial approach for existing partners, fostering stronger relationships.
- Brand Advocacy & Market Communication:Analyze market data and non-preferred production reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize production within the region.
Keep the internal sales team informed on current market trends, competitor activity, and relevant news to enhance their effectiveness.
