Our new colleagues will assist our Project, Wholesale and Retail Teams to ensure the overall effective coordination of operational process and functions.
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative and secretarial supports to our product distribution and retail operation teams.
- Take meeting minutes and disseminate to teams for execution
- Assist operation teams in monthly target setting, project, retail and distribution tabulation of commission and incentive payout
- Manage and update price catalogue in system
- Answer customer's enquiries and to arrange servicing / delivery / supports
- Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by G.M
- Basic photoshop skills (resizing / extraction only) will be an advantage
Requirements:
- At least A-level / Diploma and above or equivalent
- Compulsory to have strong knowledge in Microsoft office , especially Excel
- Extensive report generation with good eye for details to ensure report accuracy
- Strong coordination skills and ability to communicate and articulate to get things done
- Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude follow up skills
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment
- Process good communication and written skills
