1. Installation and support of new hardware, systems and software
2. Installation, configuration and maintenance of all systems such as corporate mail infrastructure, Virtualization Systems, Network, Security appliances, equipment, servers, backup systems etc
3. Lead administration of all network devices
4. Implement and maintain network security, backup, and redundancy strategies
5. Plan and support network and computing infrastructure
6. Evaluate and implement technical solutions to meet internal requirements
7. Perform system design, configuration and recommendations
8. Create process documentation and follow approved standard operating procedures
9. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline or relatable working experience in IT field
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience
3. Analytical skills and attentive to details
4. Able to work independently without supervision
