Tasks & responsibilities
- Maid Database Management:
- Dive into our databases, conducting interviews, select and update helpers.
- Uploading and updating maid database online.
- Clients Management:
- Serve walk-in and online client inquiries.
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable maids.
- Facilitate WhatsApp video interviews between clients and maids
- Administrative work:
- Organize maid arrivals, arrange transport, book courses, and confirm deployment dates.
- Follow up with clients and maids after a month for ongoing support.
Qualifications & experience
- CEI certification is necessary. Don't have it? No worries, we'll help you study and cover your exam fees!
