Job Description
- Partner the business on end-to-end recruitment process.
- Manage onboarding process of all new hires.
- Review and analyse current processes through use of data or latest trends for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal P&C functional teams to execute HR policies at the business units-level.
- Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations.
- Implement relevant HR strategies.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Degree (Preferably Degree in Human Resources/relevant qualification).
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in the government sector is more advantageous.
- Previous experience in HRIS (Workday) is more advantageous.
- Previous experience in HR Business Partner/Recruitment is more advantageous.
