Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (5 days work week)

Job Scope
1. Recruitment:
posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating interview arrangements.
2. Interviews:
Interview and evaluate candidates' abilities and adaptability.
3. Training:
Assist in employee training and provide job-specific training, ensuring that employees understand company culture, HR policies, and procedures.
4. Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment & bonus
5.Verify and process work injury compensation claims, insurance and medical claims.
6. Handle monthly payroll administration.
7. Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.
8. Assist in survey from MOM and various HR related surveys.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Human resourse or related field
- Meticulous, responsible, organised and detail-oriented
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Competent in MS Word and Excel/ HR System
- Minimum 1 years’ of working experience in the related field
