Job Description:
- Supervision of Operations: Oversees day-to-day operations in Dining Hall, Pantry, and Stewarding sections.
- Service Management: Ensures efficient and proper service delivery, meeting all customer requirements.
- Customer Interaction: Handles customer feedback professionally, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Communication: Keeps management informed about food delays, complaints, and customer feedback.
- Inventory and Purchasing: Manages restaurant inventory levels and purchases necessary items.
- Maintenance and Upkeep: Coordinates regular maintenance tasks for the restaurant environment.
- Reservation and Cashiering: Resolves issues related to reservations and manages cashiering.
- Financial Management: Manages petty cash disbursements and reimbursements.
- Support and Flexibility: Provides support across various areas as needed and covers duties when required.
- Staff Management: Schedules staff roster effectively and provides training to ensure efficient operations.
- Additional Responsibilities: Performs any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as Senior/ Restaurant Manager in Chinese restaurant
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Able to cope in fast-paced environment with heavy volume
- Ability to multi-task
