about the role:
- Provide operational support to the marketing team, aiding in communication and the execution of marketing plans to meet business and brand objectives in the Singapore market.
- Facilitate customer satisfaction and market research surveys.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing and advertising activities, including social media campaigns, direct mail efforts, and web promotions.
- Ensure the proper distribution of marketing materials, such as goodie bags, in line with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Maintain and update the company's database and CRM systems.
- Coordinate marketing events, photo shoots, filming sessions, and logistics for deliveries.
- Support various events and product launches, handling logistics, invitations, communication materials, presentations, video content, vendor coordination, and performance measurement.
- Conduct competitor market analysis to provide insights for developing sales and marketing strategies.
