Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to create and execute BIM execution plans.
- Work with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of M&E systems.
- Develop and maintain BIM models and libraries.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and workflows.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
- Contribute to the enhancement and development of BIM workflows and standards.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in M&E projects.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Skills in Primavera 6
