Working Location: Changi Alps Avenue
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 0825 – 1745 Alt Saturdays: 0825 - 1230
Responsibilities:
- Invoices customer based on tariff in Account Profile
- Generate invoices for posting to customers
- Generate monthly summary reports for customers
- Interact with internal and external customers on rates and charges disputes.
- Attend to customers's enquries
- Ensure jobs are received promptly and billings on time
- General administrative duties
- Provide guidance to Billing Assistant / Junior staffs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 working experience in Logistics & Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
- Have experience and knowledge in Airfreight and Billing
- Able to work in teams & as well as with air operation teams
