Objective:
- Provide quality support for Cost Controlling, Planning, and Actuals reporting.
- Support SA management & invoicing, ensuring compliance with guidelines/policies.
- Execute Month-end and Year-end closing reporting for IT Controlling.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Planning and Cost Controlling:
- Execute planning cycles.
- Collaborate with project managers and IT teams for budget forecasts and tracking.
- Update planning numbers in Controlling tools and SAP.
- Monitor IT project budgets and identify cost variations.
2.Actual Reporting and Closing Activities:
- Execute month-end and year-end closing activities for IT Controlling.
- Update monthly actuals in the Self-Service portal.
- Perform consistency checks on actual vs plan, GR reports, and PO commitment reports.
3.Service Agreement / Invoicing:
- Create and review Service Agreements (SA) and Change Requests (CR).
- Ensure billing schedules, SA/CR statuses, and invoices are up to date.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
4.Other Duties:
- Coordinate with the Shared Services team.
- Log non-compliance IT purchases.
- Support identified projects and prepare presentations.
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or financial services.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and SAP.
- Good knowledge of Accounting, IFRS, and tax regulations.
