We are looking for Executive Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job description:
- Oversee daily operations to support executive scheduling and task management.
- Supervise administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy in documentation.
- Manage executive calendar and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Address executive inquiries and communications promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with executive team and support staff to facilitate smooth operations and communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
- Candidates with experience in processing invoices / patient service associate / is a plus
- Knowledge of Excel - PivotTables, Vlookup, is a plus
