Job Description:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company’s interests.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing the organization in public and industry forums.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, investors, and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Job Requirement;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior executive role within the property or real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent financial management and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of the property market, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
