Contract: 6 months
Working days: 5 days shift across Mon - Sun
Working hours:
- 11am to 8pm
- 12pm to 9pm
Work location: Bukit Batok (Tengah) & other shopping malls (for event & roadshows)
Responsibilities
- Be the brand representative and meet with residents
- Engage & interact with customers face to face
- Selling products to residents
- Answer customer enquiries
- Liaise with sales support on any order or customer’s issue
- Attend sales meeting / training for the latest promotion.
- Able to learn and provide excellent sales services in various sales environment.
Requirements
- Min O/N level qualification
- Excellent verbal written and spoken communication skills
- Prior experience in Sales and customer service will be preferred.
- Comfortable with shift work & travelling to different work locations (for events/roadshows only)
