We are looking for Admin Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Ensure accurate documentation of received documents
- Organize documents and prepare manifests for vendor transcription, including verification in grants processing system
- Liaise with external parties
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Manage incoming hardcopy and softcopy mails
Requirement:
- Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / 'A' Levels / Diploma
- Candidates with some experience in admin is preferred
