Working location: Near One North MRT
Salary: S$2300 - S$2500
Working days: Monday - Friday (On-site)
Working hours: 9.30am - 6pm
Monthly sales incentives based on the confirmed order achieve (up to $600/mth)
Challenges:
- Responsible and managing customer enquiries. Channels handling include phone, WhatsApp/ email/ website/ Facebook and Instagram
- Follow through and close all the order enquiries with customers
- Working closely with Finance Dept and Operations team to ensure billings and order are delivered correctly
What it takes:
- Minimum GCE “O”
- Minimum 1-year customer service / Sales Admin experience preferred in a F&B or Retail industry
- Call centre experience is a plus
- A person who is responsible to follow through the allocated job and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the task is done
- A person able to stay cool, handle stress and solution focus within the operation boundaries
