Executive, Merchandising (Indoor Playground)
- Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
- Salary Range $2800 - $3200
- Working Location: Esplanade
Job Responsibilities
- Tracking, managing and fulfilment of online orders
- Merchandise restocks/deliveries/event set ups & tear downs
- Work closely with customer service team to handle any complains/feedbacks
- Product management on all online/offline channels
- Storage, inventory and product management
- Monthly stock count and submission of total inventory report
- Backend product management via Roller and DLabel
- Tracking of stock movement & ensuring physical stores’ shelf occupancy
- Visual merchandising on various channels/platforms
- Forecasting of various needs within merchandising (e.g. sales, manpower, stock availability, etc)
- Simple housekeeping (e.g. keeping office tidy, ensure merchandise area is neat and tidy, etc)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in inventory management and backend product management systems
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or e-commerce industry preferred
